General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the legal relationships related to the use of the www.kingofcoupons.com website (hereinafter: Website) between the Website operator, Tamás Nagy-Tóthfalussy sole trader (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the user using the Website (hereinafter: User).

2. The Service

The Service Provider provides free information services to users through the Website, primarily aimed at presenting current discounts from partners. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.

3. User Obligations

The User is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and applicable laws. The User is obliged to use the Website lawfully and to refrain from any activity that may infringe the rights or interests of the Service Provider or other users.

4. Responsibility

The Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or its unavailability. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the information. 

5. Data protection

6. Contract modification

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms. It will notify Users of the changes through the Website. 

7. Complaint handling

The User can submit his complaint about the Service Provider in writing (e.g. by e-mail) to the following contact: hello@kingofcoupons.com. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to the received complaint within 30 days. If the complaint requires immediate action, the Service Provider will take the necessary steps immediately.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, as the Service Provider is registered within the European Union.
